Custom card fields

Easily keep track of how much time you spend on a task with card timers. Simply press start when you start on a task and press stop when you finish it. You can also add timer entries manually.
Change card properties
Easily change properties directly on your cards with a range of quick-access icons. Hover over the icons to see your card properties immediately without opening a card.

Communication channels
You can create your own communication channels in Singular. Make public and private communication channels and easily stay in touch with relevant team members.
Card chat
Have a chat directly on a card with card comments to discuss progress. The card owner and any card collaborators will get an instant notification of any new messages.
Mentions
With @mentions you can quickly attract someone's attention. Mentions can be used either in the channels from the communications screen or in the chat for each card.
Notifications
Whenever someone is mentioned or anything relevant happens on a card they own or collaborate on they receive an instant notification. You can also register for notifications on cards.
